They have the right to know what's in their skin care products and what they're applying to their face while absorbing these ingredients that may do harm long term. What is Baobab Oil ?
Baobab oil comes from the ancient baobab tree ( Adansonia Digitata ) which blooms once a year, often at night, and it's native to Australia, Africa, and Madagascar.
As baobab oil is jam-packed with lots of vitamin C, 6 x more than oranges to be precise! It’s especially good for fighting signs of aging as it helps to stimulate collagen production in the skin. It is an emollient that provides hydration but at the same time doesn’t clog pores. It quickly absorbs into the skin without making the skin feel greasy, making it beneficial for all skin types, even oily skin.Thanks to baobab oil’s strong anti-inflammatory properties, it can help treat inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. It will help hydrate dry areas, reduce redness and eliminate the incessant itch that can occur with eczema.
How do I use it ?
Beauties make sure you're cleansing your face morning and night then pat dry your skin with a clean dry face cloth. Distribute 4 drops of Baobab Oil on the tips of your fingers and apply evenly to the whole face with a sweeping movement upwards to the ears. Make sure you don't get oil near those beautiful eyes but enough to hydrate the skin underneath. Baobab Oil should be used as a moisturiser, you do not need to apply an eye or face moisturiser with it.

Will I break out ?
Our customers are 100% satisfied with the results of their hydrated skin without purging however trying new products can be tricky as everyone is different. Majority of our customers do not experience this, purging can be caused from introducing any new products to your skin care routine and/or combining face oils and cream moisturisers together. ( Purging typically lasts for 2 weeks ) Don't freak out!
I have acne and oily skin can I use Baobab Oil ?
Yes Baobab Oil has anti-inflammatory properties that reduces redness and skin conditions i.e. Rosacea, psoriasis and eczema. This is an "all in one" hydrating oil that calms and heals the skin. Normally when the skin is inflamed causing acne and congestion it is due to the over drying from harsh skin care ingredients therefore over producing more oil. Remember oil dissolves oil, Baobab Oil can also be used to cleanse the skin. :)
Is Loumati Beauty Eco-friendly ?
Our Baobab oil packaging is made from glass, metallic screw top and silicone dropper, every piece is recyclable and can be reused.
